  1. Have you read Chrissie Wellington’s book? She’s the world champion ironman athlete and she talks a lot about her eating disorders. Could be some good reading for you

  2. Oh I love that pic, I wish I took more. And videos. I would LOVE for you to finish your marathon goal. But if your body suffers from it, don’t push it! We have too many more river aka rapids adventures to go on!
